We only receive the details you choose to send us through our forms:

• Quotation requests: your name, email, phone number (optional) and trip details such as route, dates and number of travellers.
• Visa enquiries: your name, email, nationality, destination, purpose and date of travel and number of travellers.
• Corporate proposal requests: your name, company, job title, work email, the number of employees who travel and main routes.
• Contact messages: your name, email, phone number (optional), topic and message.

Please do not send passport copies or payment card details through the website forms.

How we use your details

We use your details to reply to you and to prepare the quotation, proposal or information you asked for. Form submissions are sent to our team by email. We do not sell your details.

If you go ahead with a booking, the details needed for it are shared with the relevant travel suppliers, for example airlines and hotels.

This website does not use analytics or advertising cookies.

Technical data

Like most websites, our hosting provider processes technical data such as IP addresses to deliver and protect the website, for example to limit repeated form submissions.
